The founder of the sexiest students

Three years ago, David Freedman had an idea.

Graduating from Arizona State University, he created a business plan that had three ingredients: Hot ASU women, a swimsuit and a camera.

Three years later, what would become a college swimsuit calendar expanded from just one university to the entire Pacific-10 and Big Ten conferences.

“The response has been phenomenal,” said Freedman, a native Pennsylvanian who ventured West for college. “It happened so quickly that first year that we ran with it. It’s grown a lot quicker than anticipated.”

Freedman is the mastermind behind Tempe 12, a swimsuit calendar that features the hottest girls, in Freedman’s mind, from the Pac-10 and Big Ten universities.

We caught up with David and asked him some questions that were burning out minds!

Krupt: Having set up your own baby from scratch, in 5 words sum up the best tips you can give to budding entrepreneurs?
David: Determination, hustle, vision, fearless, goals

D: Working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry

K: Let’s test your judgement of character - how do can you tell if a girlis a gold-digger or if she is genuinely interested in your lower area…I mean interested in you?
D: That is just instinct, not really sure how to answer it. I can tell in the first 2 minutes. I guess it’s just a gift from the man upstairs.

K: What is your biggest fear?
D: Dunkin Donuts closing, I really love that place
